Join me as we relax the nervous system and have an incredible afternoon of: *Gentle yoga *Guided meditation *Journaling *Energetic cleansing *Manifestation activities *tuning fork sessions *Connection with yourself and others And more! .. A delicious lunch will be catered by my favorite cafe, Roots Juice Bar & Cafe @roots_ny in Huntington!! . The exchange is $149 per person, payable to me by Zelle or Venmo. .
